    On Thursday, March 20, 2025 my wife drove our brand new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee to the new Mach-1 Express Car Wash located in *******. We had started a membership with the car wash when they opened and she used the car wash daily. On this morning when she went through the car wash and drove just a few miles up the road she realized that the passenger side rear window was cracked from the top to the bottom. Our windows had just been tinted a few weeks before and there were no issue and our son sits in his car seat on this very side so this side of the vehicle is used often. On this morning when we placed our son in his car seat this was not done. Also our vehicles are garage kept at night. Immediately after discovering this she calls the car wash and they have her come file a complaint. Then she is told that they would do an investigation and make a determination. Mach-1 has refused to pay for the busted window that was caused from their car wash. Also on the same side of the vehicle we got a nasty scratch from their awesome car wash. STAY AWAY!
