    I pay for a Take 5 membership and had never had any issues until November 2024. While we were in the middle of the car wash, the car in front of us came off of the roller and slammed into my vehicle. My husband and the other driver got out and filed a report and reviewed video footage from the incident. The employee that reviewed the video and took our report said that someone would contact us about the incident. We never received a call and we have both called and left multiple messages and our calls are never returned.

    *******, AL location..Went to get a car wash. Paid $30 for nothing. Car was still soaking wet after coming through the dryers and I still had dirt and grime all over the front of the car and on the rims. Spent ***** minutes drying my car by hand in 20 degree weather. I had to also hand clean all the tires. That was unacceptable. I cant get anyone to answer the phone. Ive even messaged them several times through ******** to no avail.

    I began the cancellation of my subscription in March 2023. Then I was charged again in April where I then tried to cancel my membership and then once again, I was charged again in may ive called the business got a machine and told the press one to receive a call back. This was three days ago I have yet to receive a call back or a response to the email I sent this business is being predatory and avoiding cancellation services. They can continue to take money from people that cant afford it anymore. I want my money back for the last three months or I will go to legal route, it should never be this hard to cancel a subscription for anybody and I will make it my personal mission to help this business fail in the *************** and all I wanted was my money back for one month, just to cut ties with them and they refuse to do so. I am taking their silence as an admission of guilt knowing that theyre taking money even though they were told not to and to cancel my next step is going to the city, or wherever else I need to go I know this is going to. I do believe the Jasper ********* I am not affiliated with that location, but it is a chain company and Im pretty sure they will find a way to get a hold of the people responsible.

    The business has responded told me I would get a refund I have yet to receive it but they have not billed me a fourth time, so Im OK with it. Kind a wish I had a refund though
