    ***, the owner came to my home two times, once to sell me on a 4K stamped concrete entry walkway and the next time after the concrete was poured to collect as much money as I would give him. The first time he finished the job it looked like concrete with swirls in it, not at all like the pictures he showed me. After politely asking him to fix it for quite sometime he sent his worker out to fix the job. It looked great- apparently he used paint to make it look like wood rather than actually stamping the colored concrete that he sold me. A few months later when we actually moved in I noticed the concrete had split down the center all the way to the ground. A couple months of polite pleading- that turned into a polite demand-he sent someone out to fix it. They did this by drilling cuts on either side and pouring new concrete and repainting which of course made it two toned. The cuts are still there and have become breeding grounds for ants and the cracked area is back and now there are big white areas that are obviously concrete and ruin **************. *** will not return to fix the issue and has blocked me from his ******** page so that I can not warn others to beware! He responds that he has come out several times to fix the issue and apparently the problem is me I can not be satisfied. So he wants me to be satisfied with his overpriced substandard work and let him be. That is not in the cards. Although I can not warn people on his page, the problem will be resolved. I do hope many people see this before they choose to use his service- I will also be posting reviews anywhere I can.

    Have not heard from *** since I wrote BBB initially, and am unable to get him to take responsibility for his horrible disaster of a stamped stained sidewalk. It is painted, and cracked all the way through and the paints chipping in less than a year- 4K worth of a sidewalk- I was taken because he convinced me it was better to go with him (20years in business good reputation) than to go with some one out of their truck- and he sends 2 guys working out of a truck. He refuses to fix what they have done and their work is substandard and shoddy. *** instead blames the customer for asking for too much and he claims that I specifically cant be satisfied because they have come to fix it before and its not fixed. 
    I do not want anyone to fall victim to his ways. Do not hire this company if you are looking for someone who stands behind their work!
