In September 2021 I fell thru my old deck. Posted about It on ******** and he called to come to help me. ****** came that night to remove the old one and start the replacement. Asked me if I needed handrails on the stairs and I said with my health issues I did. He said he would return soon to add them. He left that night and never came back. I have messaged him many times in a variety of ways, no response. On Feb 15th, ******************************************** the deck that is not connected to the side I messaged him to let him know, and again no reply. Since then I have sent many calls, texts, emails, and not 1 reply to any of them. So now I have a deck with stairs but no handrails to hold as I walk up and the center moves down as I walk across it because the board is not attached and he does not respond to calls, emails, messages, or posts. At some point, it is again feeling like I will fall thru this deck. I am disabled and a former military so this hurts me. I use to really like him like a brother and I have tried to support him and his efforts with vets but with this kind of treatment and ignoring me and the issues in this matter I have to say nope, avoid him, ************************* (His non-profit group) and his new construction company called HELPING BUILD AMERICA LLC. FYI: I have 2 laptops that belong to ************************* that still need him to fix access to software for installation on them that have been here for over a year. At this point, I think it is reasonable to just sell them to someone who can use them. He has never responded to my call about them needing to be picked up either.
