To Cullman Regional To Whom it may concern Tho Who can help me resolve this ongoing problem. About a year ago in Feb 2024, I was admitted to Cullman Regional Hospital to be transferred to ******************* so I could have open heart surgery. I had full coverage insurance at that time as I do now with ****************** Dual Complete and ***************** However in Jan of 2025, I receive a bill dated in Dec of 2024 for a bill for over 10 thousand dollars. I immediately felt like I was going to have a heart attack and assumed it was an error. When contacting the appropriate people in the billing department, I was told to ignore this bill and I did not owe it. I was told it was in the old system and there was a problem when it was switched over and also told that someone did not load it correctly. I am not sure what to believe anymore. I spoke with *******, the cashier at Cullman Regional who explained that her boss told her that I do not owe this and not to worry about it and there was notes stating I did not owe it. I was told I would not get another one but I did. So I emailed ****** Soboko and she informed me that I do NOT owe this and it should not go to collections and ignore it. Well, today Feb 10th 2025, I get a bill from a collection agency named ************************** that someone from Cullman Regional sent them my information. At the time of my service, my name was ******* ***** and later my name was changed to ***** ***** and someone also gave the collection agency my new name. I am told by your billing department to ignore it and I am getting bills, collection agency bills, and how am I supposed to ignore it. Maybe I should send you one and tell you to ignore it. I call the collection agency and told it is on hold and they could pursue me at any time. I do not owe it and now it is in their hands, I am at risk of it being handed over to the 3 credit agency, which would put me in my grave. I need this problem resolved NOW (See Attach

Dated Dec 18th and I received it ini Jan, postmarked in January 2025 as well. I immediately contacted the billing department and was told to ignore it and I do not owe it and it was the mistake of Cullman Regional and then all of the sudden the collections agency has all of my info and that same bill, so someone passed over to collections a bill I do not owe and this is so very wrong
