    I had warranty work to be done on my Cub Cadet. I called this business to set it up, and asked if the part was in stock, they said it was. I took it in on a Friday and dropped it off, they said it would be done on Wednesday or Thursday. I called on the next Friday, and was told the part was ordered and would be there any time. I called back on Monday, got the same answer. After 10 days, I needed my mower and decided I would just do the work myself. When I went to pick it up I was told I would have to pay for the part that I didnt get and the labor that didnt happen or I could NOT get my mower back. Each time I spoke to them I was met with an arrogant attitude. I will NEVER patronize this business again..... How it has stayed in business this long is baffling to me.....
