Worst business I’ve ever dealt with!!! Three years later and my home is still not finished! I have electrical issues, plumbing issues, flooring problems, and the list goes on ! I’ve went through 6 managers now! And no one wants to do a dam thing to get my house finished! I have threatened a lawsuit against them time and time again!!! These folks are a total joke and a rip off ! They don’t care about you or home ! The finance company won’t even help you either ! They shouldn’t finance homes that aren’t finished!!!!! And aren’t safe to live in!!!! My Sewage lines have busted twice and I’m sleeping over raw sewage under my house, which is not sanitary. It’s a disgrace because I can’t get them out here to even look at this mess that they have created.

This company needs to be out of business, we bought our home 4 years ago, we have had issues with the home and the set up, since we got it, it started with the foundation, work from day one, we had multiple repair guys to come out to do the minor repairs that we noticed when we got the house set up. This was still a total disaster, it was never the same people twice, and it was hard to get them to do exactly what you felt they needed to. We had managers telling us that our ****** dollar home, we were being too particular about minor stuff, did it no after spending ******, you could be too particular. Now, it's been 4 years, but we were having roof issues from the beginning around our fireplace, so the other night, we had a pretty substantial rainfall, the league around our fireplace is getting worse, we called, and they told us that this was not part of the warranty, so exactly what does a 15 year roof warranty look like and what do they cover so buyer be ware these folks will take and then they will not know you when you have problems with their product.

Total disaster! We purchased the house and payed cash up front, total mistake. Everything had an issue. It took over 4 months after getting the house delivered to get underpinning, by then we had rats and mice in the walls. Since we payed cash they put us off to take care of other clients. They said they would have the house on the property within two weeks, it took two months the plumbing has to be snaked out every couple of weeks, the vent pipes on both ends of the trailer have been leaking since the day it was brought here, and the floor has been compromised along with the sheetrock. Everything is still just like they left it. Even the untrained eye can see that they were not qualified to do the job. The people doing the work are not trained properly. Just walk around the outside and see all the issues with siding, underpinning and facia problems and you will never do business with them. There is a piece of trim in one of the bathrooms that is 2 feet long and has ************************************* the kitchen have never worked, they brought a bunch of drawer guides and gave them to me and said that's a manufacturer's problem, so they left them with me and said I could try to fix them myself. The last man that came out ran over my dog! That's when realized what a mistake it was doing business with timberline. I have a neighbor that also bought from them, same problems, she didn't have a back door for over2 months. It's hard to believe that they have not had more complaints. There are some good people that work there but the people in the field don't care and need supervision. They play game of switch up managers so they don't have to do what they say. Buyer beware.
