Myself and my wife have purchased a purification system through Rainbow of Cullman and were offered their referral program. The program consisted of 12 in home shows and atleast 2 sales. We completed this program on March 16,2024. That was within the 180 day time frame of when our program was started, which was a condition of the contract that we signed. Cullman Rainbow gave their business to Rainbow of ************* due to them moving to another state. Rainbow of ************* took on our contract so that we could complete our program. The money that was due to be paid out upon completion was also given to Rainbow of ************* by the owners of the Cullman Rainbow so it could be paid out upon completion. As of May 28,2024 we were approved by Rainbow that we had all of our program verified by the company, which took over 2 months to do, and were due our payout or reimbursement for our machine in which we purchased. My wife and myself have reached out numerous times with no success to the business in question as well as the cooperate head quarters about our payout. We have yet to hear anything from the company and corporate is telling us that the location listed is the company that has our payout. We have completed our duties that were required in our contract. The ************************************ Company willingly took on our business from another rainbow location and have yet to give us our money! This has gone on for far too long! I have emails from the cooperate office that says we have been approved so there should be no reason we are still waiting on our reimbursement and still paying for our machine! Thank you.

This customer completed 12 demos on their program but did not complete two A-line sales (as stated in their program paperwork) required to receive a refund for their product. We understand the concern but have informed them of the situation. They had the 2 sales prior to being paid off but after they received verification for payout, the customers that bought the *********************** that would count for their 2 A-line sales disputed the credit card charges as well as kept the rainbows. Not only was $8,500 taken from the business by the CC company, but also the two Rainbows purchased on their program have not been returned. This is an ongoing investigation and no refund is due at this time.

I agreed to do a rainbow demo in April for a cousin. The lady that came to do the demo was really pushy and swore up and down there was no reason for us not to do the buying program where you do 12 demos and sell two rainbow vacuums. She swore that if we started the program she would help us get our demos and sales and make sure we succeeded. Not only did she push us to do the program and promise to help us, she started ignoring all messages and didn't help us one bit along the way. We bought what we were promised had zero issues and would last us a lifetime what we got was nothing but problems. When we vacuum, half the time it just pushes the dirt around and doesn't **** up the stuff. Other times, it shoots the trash back at you like tiny little missiles. It shot a tiny rock back at me once and cut my foot. Now, I have my friend and relatives who bought telling me theirs does not work at all. The friend that bought had problems immediately after the sales lady left. She tried to vacuum and it didn't pull up anything. I contacted the lady to help her troubleshoot the problem but it never got better for her. Now I just received a call from my family member who says theirs isn't working either. We are all wishing we had never agreed to do a demo and 100% wishing we hadn't bought. The entire experience has left nothing but resentment in our hearts and a struggle to pay bills because it was impossible to complete the program. The company does not care about customer satisfaction and does not support the people they promise to help succeed. Definitely do not recommend the vacuum or the company. I messaged one of the team members I met along the way and she was not any help either. When I expressed my disappointment in the vacuum and tried to explain that it is giving me problems, she sent a heart reaction through messages as a reply.
