    I brought my glasses frames to have my prescription lenses put in the frames. Upon receiving my glasses a week later I am unable to see anything out of the glasses everything is blurry I returned to the business for a solution and they refused to make any resolution or refund me I paid almost $200.00 for a pair of glasses that I can't see out of and in my opinion this business needs to either refund me or replace the lenses with some that I can see out of.

    We have now left at least two messages for the patient to call us back so we can assist with getting lenses corrected or to give patient the money back.  We will be happy to do either.  We had just asked the patient if he could go to the doctor, he went to make sure the prescription they gave us was correct since the lenses that we gave him did match what the doctor had written, the patient had asked us to change the prescription in the glasses to what his contacts were and we just told him we could not legally do that... We can only put in the glasses what the doctor prescribes.

    I had cataract surgery on both eyes first surgery was 8-15-2022, second surgery was on 10-04-2022. The day after each surgery I had follow up appointments with MyEyeDr. the dates of 8-16-2022 and 10-05-2022. The optometrist I saw was ***********************. I was not billed at that time. My medical insurance was changed through my job from BCBS to Anthem BCBS, the new insurance was in effect beginning July 1 2022. July 2023 I received a phone call from MyEyeDr. telling me that my insurance was not in effect, I explained to them that they must have tried to use my old insurance and she asked for the member ID# of my Anthem card. Later I received a bill for $400 for each appointment totalling $800. I looked on my insurance website and they had never submitted a claim to Anthem. I called Anthem 8-28-2023 they called MyEyeDr. customer service and explained to them that they needed to submit a claim and gave them my card number. They still did not. I called MyEyeDr. customer service today 09-05-2023 gave them my member ID# again and was told that a claim had been submitted. I just did an online live chat with Anthem and they said they had not. My acct. # for the bill is 4510-32893028 I do not have a complaint with Dr. *********************** I received good service from her.

    I am now satisfied with the results since you contacted this company.  MyEyeDr. did not contact me, but I looked at my **************** claims and on 

    09/11/23 they filed a claim for both office visits I was being charged $800 for and Anthem approved both visits on 09/13/23 and I now owe only $41.84 for

    each visit.  So thank you for helping me resolve the situation.
