    Ms. Jennifer Petty with Real Property Appraisals LLC was the appraiser assigned perform the appraisal on two properties I purchased in Tuskegee AL. There were three (3) appraisals done on these properties within 3 months. Of the three, hers came back the lowest, one coming in $**k lower and the other $**k lower. I requested and complete the paperwork for a reconsideration of value but received no response or explanation of why the reconsideration was not warranted.
    She was slow to provide the appraisal, it was assigned 7/25/22 performed on 7/29/22 lender received it on 8/17/22. . Realtors in this area state that Ms. Petty has a history of providing low appraisals in this community. ******** ****** **** ** **** *********** ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************
