A nightmare customer service. Tried opening a CD. I was told I didn't need a Credit check, I had offered to Unfreeze Credit. I was told to set up Savings Account, I did. They did not get back to me. Called about 7 times. A couple of times I got a lost connection. Finally a representative told me I had locked Credit, which I had disclosed and it would take 30 days to unlock it. That isn't true, it can be unlocked immediately. He said it was their system. I guess it comes on a slow mule cart for them. I wasted a day and a half with them, very frustrating. Went to Discover and had a comparable CD in about 15 minutes. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

I don't know how these guys can have an A+ rating. If there were negative numbers I would use those. Stay far far away from them! We took out a loan with them for solar panels through a company called ******** financial. After agreeing to get the system, the installer, Cleantech, showed up and put the panels on, but did not hook them up. When I called them 2 months later wondering when they were going to finish it, they had magically disappeared and we found out they went out of business. ******** then tried to make us to use another installer, ***********, who also within months of first talking with them, went out of business. Through all of this AICU expected us to be paying for a system that was partially installed, and hadn't done a thing for us. Now I see that ******** financial is under a class action lawsuit for fraud, and through all of this AICU still expects us to pay for this system that doesn't even work. I'm not sure how they sleep at night taking money from people and giving them nothing back. Anyway, I refuse to pay for something we don't have, so my credit score has been hurt, and we have been getting collection letters even though we have talked with both AICU and ********, and told them point blank we do not want these panels anymore. The contract the installers gave us were breached, and ******** therefore AICU were the ones that hired them, so we should not have to pay for a system that has never worked. If AICU continues to side with ******** financial, who is being sued for fraud, then they should also be sued for fraud. Do NOT do business with this company for any reason. They may have been a good company at one time, but they are not anymore.

I refinanced my car with All In and they were not transparent about the type of coverage needed to refinance with them. After 2 months, they applied their own insurance on top of mine, charged me late fees, and I was told something different every time I spoke with them. I ended up paying more than initially agreed too. Super frustrating situation and very disappointed in their lack of care for their customers.

Highly upset at the website interface of ALL IN.When clicking on PAY FROM EXTERNAL ACCOUNT, it gives the option of paying either with BANKING or CARD. After going through a long drawn out **************** Call, I was informed that the bank doesn't take **** credit card payments. State that on your website. It's easy. It's simple. And it's informative to the customer.Waste of time and finance.

They locked my online/app account login because I would not answer the *********, ** location during work. I go to work before they open, I get off after they close. I currently live 2 hrs away from the closest branch so I cant drop a check. Ever since they merged into All In they have been horrible!!! Even when I was in the *** for a month and bedridden for 5 more months (couldnt verbally talk without almost passing out etc and could rant for hours) they didnt want to help or let my wife take care of the finances etc ************ has zero ethics and it just another example of a horrible business. Family Security was MUCH better!!!

I have automatic withdrawal yet I received a past due notice. Only part of *** was withdrawn from my bank account. When I log in it shows June and July payments due June 1st. I tried to pay the difference with agent but she cannot guarantee that the July payment wont be withdrawn since it shows as past due. Paper invoices are received the day before they are due which I dont care since I have automatic withdrawal. Horrible company

If you're taking out a solar loan make sure it's NOT through this credit union! They make it impossible to sell your house because even though you have a WELL QUALIFIED buyer they deny the transfer of the loan and so the deal falls through. I have a new job in a new state starting on 9/11 and I have to be up there by then no matter what. I was under contract, the stars were aligning perfectly, and then this **** credit union denied the transfer so now I'm having to go back on the market which likely means I'm going to have double payments and now I don't know WHAT the **** I'm going to do!
