      As a female looking to have a vehicle repaired, I am cautious. I called East Bay Automotive in ******, **. because of the reviews I read. I was even more impressed when I called. I spoke with ***. He asked what was going on with the car and how it sounded. He said to bring it in the next morning so he could test drive it. Upon arriving, he was super nice again and quick to help. He then had his mechanic drive it as well. It ended up being what we suspected and an expensive repair. *** gave me options to repair it in sections, and said my pads were at 60% and they could wait too if needed. Ive NEVER encountered such transparency and a simple explanation. They had it ready for me within a day! The price ended up being even lower than his original price range!
