    This business is a total scam. The owner/manager answered all my questions and 100% assured me that my house would be cleaned as we discussed and that I would never have to worry about a crew showing up to clean. As it was, the crew hid all the dirty sheets and used the clean sheets and then did not show up for the second cleaning. After many phone calls, texts, and emails i was only answered 3 days later because I mentioned my lawyer and the BBB. This is such a disgrace to the *********** area and the BBB should not allow this website or this company to advertise.

As a 5-star rated locally owned cleaning service, we aim to provide superior service.Per our conversation, we were unable to find a replacement cleaning team during the Thanksgiving holiday break. The team initially assigned to you refused to return due to your previous racist comments. As we discussed on our recorded call- you were uninterested in rescheduling - you received a full refund the next business day - your residence keys were express mailed to your ******** address - we reviewed the recorded virtual walkthrough and could not find evidence of hidden sheets or damage Please understand that reschedules are not a scam but a normal occurrence in the residential cleaning industry. Thank you for your business and have a great holiday season.
