  L & L Moving took care of our move in late June. We were moving from *********** to ********* (both within *******). First of all, sometimes, with moving companies, you get surprises or add-ons before they offload, but not with these folks. We were given an All-in quote by ****************, which was honored in the final invoice. The price was very reasonable for the two truckloads. Secondly, the team of five was led by *******, who guided the team professionally and methodically throughout the day. He was very courteous while working with us throughout the move, and his leadership was appreciated. All five men represented their company well, taking care of the walls and floors as well as our furniture and boxes. Each of them was very well trained in customer service. My last comment is about *********************** himself. He was a genuine pleasure to work with on every phone call. He understands the stress of his customers in their move and is very receptive to any questions or concerns throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend this company to get your move done at a fair price. You can count on them to make your relocation a better experience.

  I had a very small move at the last minute. *** set me up, the guys showed up on time and the wasted no time moving me. This is the best moving company I have ever used. Very professional and gets the job done.

  Having served the city of Milton for five years and having been a member of my development board for nine years I feel that Mr. Lee of L and L Moving did an exceptional job in the handling of my household goods to my apartment in New York Mr. Lee returned all my calls and was quite courteous I appreciate all he did for us

  We hired L and L Moving to move us from Loxley to Magnolia Springs. When Lee came out to give us an estimate we showed him everything that would be packed and moved. He even emptied one of the storage areas to see what was there. I repeatedly expressed that my collections were important to me and that I wanted to make sure they were well packed. Lee acknowledged this. He left us the estimate and we agreed to have them PACK and move our belongings.
  When packing day came, his crew came to pack our home. The packing crew arrived without sufficient supplies and frequently they had to stop and get more supplies delivered. These waits delayed the packing process many times. For some reason, they brought many used boxes that were in poor condition, some taped together with duct tape others with the original shipper's name and information still on the boxes..
  One of them packed the cabinet that held spices and condiments, they just dumped it all into a large box. Most of the glass bottles broke because they weren't protected. Therefore, most of the dry food was wasted. We had to replace most of the food in that box. This was typical of many of the boxes.
  There were several pieces of antique furniture that was damaged and Lee did send someone to fix those.
  We had several items that were broken. When I contacted Lee to ask about how to file a claim for the broken items he said "I'm through with you" and hung up on me. On July 21, I sent him pictures of the broken items and heard nothing from him. I called his office and asked the lady how we file a claim and she was going to check and get back to us. I've heard nothing from her as well. Lee advertises that he is "licensed and insured". I would question either of these statements.
  If you check Yelp, you will see pictures and a better description of our move with L and L Moving. If you need a mover, save yourself some angst and look otherwise.
