      We reserved an RV site for September 9th through 13th 2024 at pelican Nest resort campground at *********************************************************************. On the morning of September 10th we as well as other campers was advised to leave Dauphin Island due to a hurrhurricane coming in for our safety. The manager told us we would only be charged one day of the 4 days booked. So we left around 11 ******* that day. After 2 weeks we did not have a refund and call the manager to ask about it. We was told to call the next day and talk to the female manager, which we did. She told us the one who does the refunds would call us the next day. A week later no call received. After three weeks and still no refund. We called and spoke to the manager who agreed we should get 3 days refund back and told us she was gonna put a check in the mail that night. This was on 10/3/2024. As of 10/23, we still have not received a check or gotten a refund back on our card. We left because of being strongly advised to for our safety and assured we would be refunded for all but 1 day, which has yet to happen. We are expecting to receive 3 days refund. Our card was charged ****** which approximately 50 dollars was things bought in the store.
