    $190 to diagnose and repair. Part was $90. 12 days without a washing machine. Ridiculous.

    I am sorry you feel this way. Service call is $80. To add an additional appliance to the service call is $40 which was made known prior to anything being done. $68 labor to disassemble the dryer, clean and check, and reassemble, and to install washer part after it was received. We typically tell everyone parts take about a week to receive, a good amount of time they arrive sooner but in some cases, especially with ** and ******* in particular, they take the full amount. Which in this case was 7 business days. I apologize that you feel we are ridiculous, however we feel that we are one of the most reasonable companys around.
