The incident occurred eight days months ago when I received my watch back for a battery replacement because I had the lifetime battery package ($22) that I purchased from this organization. This establishment had my watch for 4.5 months. In April 2024, I presented the watch to them. The sales associate (a tall black gentleman) took the watch in the back to replace the battery and, after thirty minutes, informed me that they needed to send the watch to their Madison ******* shop because their tools were inadequate to replace the battery, even though Batteries Plus Bulb had replaced it previously. I returned each month after they told me they would call me when the watch was ready for pick-up. In August, I spoke with ****, a sales associate, about the watch and spoke with his manager, *****, who told him to call their ******* in *******. **** located the watch. The watch was broken into pieces in a zip-lock bag when I arrived at the store. I told **** and his associate, the black gentleman, that the treatment of a consumer was horrible. I asked that I be made whole. Supposedly, they called ***** but have yet to receive a response. My watch cost $155.00.

A couple of years ago, I paid for lifetime replacement for the key fob on my car. At the time, I asked if my son could use it, since I was planning to give him the car once he turned 16, and was assured that he could. On August 14, he went to the store to replace his battery, and was told that it was not valid because it was a 1620 battery rather than the 2016 that was listed. (Clearly a typo). They charged him for the battery anyway. When I called the store, I spoke to *****, who clearly didn't have any interest in fixing the problem, and told me there was nothing they could do because they couldn't refund batteries once they had been installed. The best they could do was "make a note on the account," which doesn't fix the problem at hand. After several minutes of pressing to speak to someone who COULD fix the problem and being told that there wasn't anyone, he finally gave me the number to corporate office, where I spoke to yet another completely indifferent employee, who could do nothing but tell the manager to call me back. He did not. Three days and four phone calls later, I finally talked to him, and he said he would look into it. Today he called me back and said my son would have to stop by the store for his refund. He can't, he's now away at college. So he said he would call my son and arrange to give him a refund today. That also never happened, and yet another call to the store and another conversation with ***** revealed that he had already left for the day without bothering to contact my son about a resolution. Between the original service I paid for and the illegal charge they levied on my son, I have now dropped $40 for one battery. All I'm asking is that they fix their mistake insead of just accepting that they ripped off a customer and continually telling me that it doesn't matter.

Brought my iPhone 11 in for a screen repair. They repaired it and charged me $143.09 after tax. I thought the screen was good until it got wet but it turned out the screen wasn't properly installed causing water to get under my screen. It ruined my phone. Turned out the screen was raised on one side which is obvious if you run your finger along it. I brought it back in and they denied it was their fault and denied the screen was raised. After saying I was able to move the screen from pressing on it the employee pushed the screen in, making a clicking sound. He denied hearing it saying, "I can't hear well" when the noise was obvious. They denied all responsibility claiming it was my fault the phone got wet when the iPhone 11 is very waterproof. They gave me no disclaimer or liability form saying the phone is no longer waterproof after they replace the screen. I am now out of a phone and $150. As well, their warranty, which I didn't sign, doesn't cover any damages at all and any mistakes they make. The bottom left corner of my screen is still raised.Transaction: 6/18/2024 5:11:35 PM

On 3/2/2023 my battery was dead. They told me that it would be 3/13/2023 before that exact battery would be back in. And my battery would not charge. I explained that my car would be down till I received the battery. The manger *** told me she had 12 coming in on 3/6/23 that were spoken for and if one of them didnt come get the battery she would let me have it. You just get their hours when you call. I waited till Monday 3/13/2023 and waited till around 4:00 because I cant call them their phone. I told the salesgirl my battery should be there. She asked my name and said she was not showing anything. I give her my phone number and told her that is how the manger had look up the battery the first time. She looked and went to the their back room for 4 or 5 min. I went back the 15th. This time because I believe I was being lie to I recorded the conversation. I was met with my old battery and told that the batteries were on back order and didnt know when they would get any so l had to take my battery back. I asked if she would swap it for a lesser battery because I had brought their best battery. She said no only the exact battery. Then she tells me that ******** had them,This is after keeping my battery for this long. I said cant you have it shipped here and she said to leave. I went to ******** l they did not have any. But the manger said she would help but had to try charging the battery first because it wouldnt check if it was bad without a charge. I left it overnight. What do you know it charged and was fine. Decatur had my battery for 12 days without trying to charge it. And I had to drive back and forth 4 times or 120 miles and 4 hours to their store. Then drive 60 miles one way to the ******** store or 240 miles and 5 hours. The manger in ******** told me I should not have had to drive to them or waited so long. She gave me their corporate phone number and said to call I will Monday. That is 12 days without the car and 320 miles 9 hours
