      Will not send information on my account showing my balance left on automobile and this buisness will not allow me to create an online account to make payements. Keep telling me I have to speak with my Bankruptucy lawyer before I can create an account when I have already been dismissed from my banktuptcy. Online account is needed so I will not have late fees but they will not allow me to do this and will not allow me to add another authorize person to speak with them about my account.

      My fiance was bullied, harassed, and threatened by the female branch manager here. The manager attempted to steal my fiances legitimate cashier's check by citing it was fake and would not return it. She then tried to forcibly removed her by calling the police. She claimed she used ****** to verify it's inauthenticity. The bank was called and the check and receipt of said check was verified twice. She still would not return the 5k property. 4 officers were involved in this dispute. There was no reason for this. It occurred due to the sheer malice and ignorance of the branch manager. This person appeared mentally unstable and completely unprofessional by overstepping her authority and duty while hiding behind lies and manipulation based on this banks supposed policies. When I arrived my fiance had been brought to tears from the audacity and ridiculousness of the situation. 2.5 hrs later our property was returned to **. I believe the manager intended to steal the check and cash it for herself with her connections within this bank. ***** this company especially this location.

      Horrible service, i understand a ice storm in north ******* but ** open branch in ************* wont answer a phone? I am out of state with a debit card you shut off and its been 3 days now without being helped. Your systems ****

      They cancelled my account for inactivity. There was nothing in the opening agreements nor paperwork about that. They sent letters to a place I wasn't living anymore and never tried to contact me by any means that would work. They stole my money so they wouldn't have to pay me the interest and there's no recourse either. Thieves. Also my online login never worked so I could never check my account that way.

      This cu put the incorrect info on my credit report and refuses to remove it. I was a member for over 10 years.

      The Family Security Credit Union, is bad place to banking with they practically in Hispanic and take advantage of the Latin Community, Unnecessary reporting to The Credit Agency for no reason, upon open an account and have a line of credit sure pay , that I pay off and transfer money back and forward , they have the nerve to report the credit agency trans union if I am doing some wrong lie about it as well. The sure pay is it as the customer description if you know that the customer transfer funds back into account every two week , why in the world you have to file and charge feeds , were is not an issue. Bad credit customer service don't do banking with this credit union. Charge for excess banks feeds,.
