    On 10/19/22 I went to crossroads medical to seek help to get off of pain pills and see about getting put on suboxone I paid $180 cash I did a urine sample and they took my weight and blood pressure and I saw a doctor on FaceTime I believe his name was ************** he said he was going to put me on 2 strips a day and the lady at the office her name is ***** said the script would be under a ********************* because he is the ******** doctor for them and I gave them my I.D and insurance card and she gave me a card to come back on 11/16/22 and sent a prescription to my pharmacy for the strips. The pharmacy was unable to fill it because ******** denied it and this was on 10/19/22 and so i Call the doctors office back and told them what was going on and she had to resend it in for ******** to approve it and I kept going back-and-forth between ******** and the doctor because ******** said they only received 1 prior authorization from my doctors office and then my doctors office said that they did send it in and so this went back-and-forth for a couple of days and I finally got in touch with somebody else at ******** and they said that she was sending it in for generic and it had to be namebrand so Im sending the messages back-and-forth to the doctors office because they wouldnt answer the phone and then I end up going down there and she called them and they told her it needed to be name brand so she said she would send it in for me well I waited a couple days ******** said they never received a new PA and I so texted the doctor asking if I needed to come down there ( meaning Im not getting help on the phone would it be better if we were in person) my aunt also called trying to help me because at this point Im a week waiting for the Prior authorization and the lady texted saying she didnt Appreciate the threats of me coming down there and having my aunt call that she has went above and beyond for me and that there is nothing else she can do. So Im still waiting 2 weeks late
