    ***** was hired in March 2024 to help me fix a foundation issue in my house. The job was scheduled for June 2024. After several delays and broken machinery, the company started and took a few days longer than communicated to finish the job. The job was not done as described in the contract due to broken machinery on their part. They were supposed to install 24 slab piers to resolve the issue in my house. Because of so many delays, they altered their plan. They installed the pier bracket placed on a concrete block. The job was finished later than communicated. After we repaired all the drywall we noticed more cracks within one month of them completing the job. I called the company, and they returned and documented the new cracks and sagging doors. We agreed ( not in writing ) that they would return to make the repairs on January 6, 2025. They missed that date and would not commit to another date. Finally, after many calls and text messages, they would return on March 3, 2025, to make the warrantied job right. They did not show up. More broken machinery. At least that is the excuse they gave me. It has been 16 days and they have yet to commit to when they will come. The company keeps giving me excuses as to when they will start. Not only is the integrity of our house a concern, but because of the extensive scope of the work we had to pack up 2/3 of our house so the flooring could be pulled up. Our 2 main bathrooms that our family uses are not useable because of the work they are supposed to finish in those rooms. Because of packing up our house, we have to rent a storage unit and I have used 2 weeks' vacation thinking they were going to be in my house working. As of today, March 19, 2025 I have no idea when they will be here to start the work. On top of it all I have accepted a new job in another state, a detail they knew about, and I need to sell my house ASAP.

    Dear BBB,I am writing to bring to your attention an urgent matter regarding the radon mitigation system installed by Allied Foundation and Crawlspace at my residence in June of 2022. Recent readings from our in-home radon monitoring system have indicated elevated radon levels, necessitating immediate repairs to the installed system.Despite numerous attempts to address this issue, including multiple phone calls and text messages to both the company owner and the receptionist, regrettably, no response or action has been taken to rectify the problem.Given the critical nature of mitigating radon exposure for the safety and well-being of my household, I am seeking your assistance in urging Allied Foundation and Crawlspace to honor their commitment to service and return to my home to rectify the deficiencies in the installed radon mitigation system promptly.Your intervention in this matter would be greatly appreciated to ensure the proper functioning of the mitigation system and the mitigation of radon levels in my home.     I apologize that you guys are having issues, but we do not do anything with radon.  There is nothing in your contract about radon.  By the contract we did a full encapsulation of the crawl space, but that does not solve radon issues.  I would be more than happy to speak with you about the issue.  Please call the office at ************

    I have spoken to them.  We actually went out on 12-14-23 for an annual inspection.  We had a couple seams in our plastic that needed taped and we took care of that.  We are not a radon company, and I have told them there is nothing we can do for them.  The system we installed for them is installed correctly, so she needs a radon company to come out

    Hello *****,

    We contacted Allied yesterday (12/19) and spoke with ****, the person who made the latest statement that " we need to contact a radon company." After being rejected by ****, we contacted the owner of the company, *****. He was the original person who was involved in the contract a year ago. He stated that he would come by the house today to investigate the situation. He stated that "he would be the one to address the Radon issue." He came and discover dificiencies and committed to repairing the problems on Thurday. He discovered that  the radon system was not working properly and that will add perferated hoses in and around the crawl space, make insulation repairs and re-tape where necessary. We hope that this will resolve the radon issue. Thanks, *************************** ************
