Bathroom Renovation: The overall quote is fair, but the contractor is not diligent in listing the items to be done and the necessary supplies. They list the quantity, not the price - they are vague in all matters of money. They mistype and are not accurate with the quantities on the quotes.
They are slow. They do not place the order for supplies when they should, and then try to make it like they are going out of their way to purchase like items.
They do not show up to review the work that was done by subcontractors at the end of the day. They rely on photos taken by the workers.
When work is finished, they will raise the bill, making up one excuse after another. They are a good example of why people will or need to record video appointments and work.
They will not work with you on the final bill. They will get a foot-stomping attitude, then increase your bill because you dare not recognize my kindness in not listing every 75-cent item.
They changed the original quote after a month of working, removing key items. They then sent a final invoice that was several thousand dollars over the original agreement and walked off the job, leaving the job incomplete.
We will never be using them for any work of any kind again.

We're disappointed to read your review, especially after the significant time, flexibility and effort we invested to complete your bathroom renovation. Unfortunately, your version of events does not refect the reality of our work.From the start, you were provided with a quote to review, sign and date. You were also informed that certain items you wanted would not be included due to needing accurate measurements for them. Any changes to pricing came only after you repeatedly modified the scope of work-adding, removing or respecifying tasks and materials. We did our best to accommodate those changes fairly.Materials were ordered in a timely manner. Any issues with materials were communicated promptly-often due to back ordered items or discontinued items. We did rely on progress photos in some cases due to scheduling constraints, but most mornings when a sub contractor was present, one of us was there checking on progress and the contractors. But a final walk-through was done.Your claim that we "walked off the job" is false. The final invoice reflected changes and work completed beyond the original agreement.We value honest feedback and always aim to do right by our clients. But when reviews contain inaccurate and misleading statements, we feel it's important to respond with the facts.
