    Complaining of their neglect installation for my **** system My ******* **** system was installed on Jan 26, 2021 by located in *******, **. Because of their neglected installation, only two year later, on 02-5-2023, the **** system suddenly stopped working, even emergence heating has no any signal. I called the , a woman picked phone and wrote down the problems and said that someone would call me back. However, nobody called me so far. Then, during the period, I called a dealer of the ******* Company. The technician came in on 02-27-2023 and found a part, (Heat strip contactor), burnup and also very low refrigerant. He came back again on 3-7-2023 and spent 3 hours, eventually found a tiny part (******** valve) melted by the installation process of unit, which was releasing refrigerant and getting the pipe to hot. He concluded that the installation process destroyed the ******** Valve to result in slow refrigerants leaking after new **** system was installed . Furthermore, the low refrigerant resulted from slow leaking caused the Heat Strip Contactor burnup and stopped the system. He fixed these and filled up refrigerant (4ib R-410a). I spent $770 for this repairing. The technicians from , who installed the unit, not only destroyed key parts, but also not installed a float switch to protect the event drain stops up.I strongly request the to take the responsibility and reimburse me what I paid for these problems caused by theirs neglected work.
