    We do not accept Skyward completion of the events or the cost of what they cost the church during the holiday season.  We did in good faith hired Skyward for the job.  Skyward did not have a license professional to do the necessary work.  The Building Department of Decatur AL was required to inspect Skyward work as part of completion and turning heating unit on.  We have papers stating that an apprentice was present and did not meet the necessary legal requirements to achieve the finish job, The Church lost revenue from holiday programs, fellowship with community activities.  The church had members absent due the cold temperatures because of non-completion of job. Skyward were fined because they were obligated to have a licensed professional for the customers.  We have endured stress and financial loss from neglect.  We are looking for resolution for the complete return of our payments, and financial compensations for loss of use of property and being able to meet our financial goals during the holidays.  It is unfair that skywards pays a fine but not compensate the individuals they misrepresented. We did not subsequently ask the Building Department for anything.  It was always a part of the required completion of jobs.  Skyward would not return our calls. Skyward would send us to the church for work completion and nobody showed up.  Skyward seems to not understand the significance of our time frame of importance to the financial wellfare of trusting them with and paying them promptly by borrowing money to achieve their requirements, we simply ask for the same consideration.  Skyward told us on numerous occasions they would refund all of our payments, Skyward failed to give us a detailed documents for the cost of materials used.  We did ask for that information.  Just like most communications we were directed to receptionist where she would inform us someone would call us back and no one ever did call us back.  We lost trust in this company

    I am writing in response to Complaint ID ********, submitted on January 6, 2025, regarding a contract dispute between Skyward and ********************** We take customer concerns seriously and wish to provide a clear explanation of the situation from our perspective.

    Skyward provided services to ********************* on November 14, 2024, to install a gas line. The church subsequently requested an inspection by the City of *******. During the inspection request process, Skyward was informed by the State of ********************* Department that there was an issue with our gas fitters license due to an oversight on our part.

    We acknowledge this error, and we worked diligently to rectify the situation. However, due to the holiday season, it took longer than expected to resolve the licensing issue and renew our gas fitters license. On January 1, 2025, the project passed inspection, and the necessary certifications were obtained.

    To further address the matter, we issued a refund of $933.79 to ********************* for the inconvenience caused. This refund was mailed on January 9, 2025, and we trust that it will be received in a timely manner.

    We sincerely apologize for the delay and any frustration this situation may have caused. We are committed to providing quality services and ensuring that similar oversights do not occur in the future. We hope this resolution demonstrates our commitment to customer satisfaction and that the issue is now fully addressed.

    I am writing in response to Complaint ID ********, and the recent rejection of our previous response dated January 14, 2025. 

    Skyward acknowledges that an administrative error was made with our license, and we acted to the best of our ability to rectify the situation with the State of Alabama, which took longer than expected due to the holiday season.  

    We would like to highlight that the refund check, in the amount of $933.79, issued and agreed upon with the Pastor of the church cleared our bank on January 22, 2025, indicating that the Pastor accepted the resolution. We respectfully believe that this matter has been resolved. We ask that this be considered when reviewing the claim.

    Skyward Heating Air Plumbing located in *************************************************** approached me to help me with a **** project that I wanted to get done on in a small store that I have bought in ******* *******. The address of the store where the **** needed to be installed is ************************************************. The sales agents from Skyward promised me that this work can be completed from their side without any issues. They sent me the scope of work with their license number to do business in the ***************. I had pulled a permit as a owner / general contractor to get work done through ****************. **************** had to pull their **** installation permit to start the work on the installation. The company promised me that they are able to do it. They furnished me their license number of **** ******* and premised me that they will pull the permit and complete the work. Below are the sequence of events with the details.The company has promised me that they will pull the permit and complete the work and are now not completing it stating that they are not in a position to do it. They do not have a license nor are they helping with getting the issue resolved. I feel cheated and hopeless about this situation. The employees of the company are all in agreement that the work is not complete and the permit needs to be pulled from their side. The owner ***** has made multiple promises of resolving the issue and has still not resolved it. The project has come to a stand still and is causing a huge financial damage to us. We kindly request you to intervene and get this resolved. From what I understand there are multiple customer who are facing this issue.

    I am the new General Manager of Skyward, and this troubles me. I am not ok with how this situation was handled. I want to fix this as soon as possible. I need to schedule something ASAP. Can I please have the contact information so that I may have my CSR call them and put them on the schedule and I will personally go out with the technician to ensure this is handled correctly and to personally apologize. I was not here at the time, but I take responsibility for anything done by the company who's name is on my shirt.
