5 starsI am writing to enthusiastically share my experience with *** and his staff at Builders R Us while renovating my kitchen and flooring due to flood damage. From the initial consultation I was extremely impressed. *** took the time to listen to my concerns and create a detailed plan that mirrored my vision as well as showcase the talent and dedication his team takes to make sure the job is done in a quality manner. Builders R Us demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. The project involved recreating my kitchen that was completely ruined, and the flooring throughout most of the home. *** listened carefully to my needs and preferences and offered thoughtful design options and suggestions that fit the budget and timeline. Kens ability to see my vision and balance it out with budget was impeccable. Throughout the process Kens team displayed exceptional craftsmanship. The cabinets and flooring were designed and tailored to my needs. The functionality complements the aesthetics wonderfully. The flooring lightens up the home and brings new warmth to the space. What sets *** and his team apart is their commitment to communication and overall customer satisfaction. They kept me informed at every stage of the project and promptly addressed any concerns I had, ensuring they were met on time and on budget. Their respect for my home was greatly appreciated and their efforts to minimize disruption were welcomed. I am very pleased with the new look of my home and get many compliments. Thanks to *** and his teams dedication and expertise I now have a space that makes me forget the stress I felt from the damage. 5 starsExcellent job constructing my detached garage. *** always called and stopped by to check on things and to make sure I was happy with the progress and the work that was completed or in progress. We made changes during construction and neither he nor his team complained and they always provided professional quality workmanship. Will for sure hire him again for any other major work I might need in the future. Thanks *** and crew!

5 starsWe had a large walk in pantry and kitchen pass through built and it turned out beautiful. What amazed us was how quickly but professionally everything was done. The built-in full wall bookcase turned out so nice people always comment when they see it! Each subcontractor crew was very courteous and pleasant to work with and the general contractor was quick to address any issues. In this day and age, it's a pleasure to find professionals that are not just very good at what they do, but are nice people too. Time to call them again, we have a kitchen to remodel!Builders R Us, LLC

5 starsI wanted to highlight the exceptional work this team did on our project. Weve recently completed a major kitchen remodel. We are extremely pleased with the open concept and look forward to making exciting family memories.*** and ****** were a joy to work with throughout the process. ****** was impressive as he kept us informed and satisfied any immediate concerns throughout the project. Even more so, the assembled team of teams of subcontractors were amazing. 5 starsBuilders R ** done a great repairing our home. We had a sewer line that backed up into the house. Builderss R Us repaired a family room, bathroom, and bedroom. Their craftsmanship was very detailed. Their skill level is 10 out of 10. We would definitely be using Builders R Us for any future projects we have. 5 starsOur home was in need of exterior carpentry repair due to damage done by *** bees, & also needed painting of the non brick parts. Early in 2023 I asked both a neighbor, & a trusted real estate friend from our church, for the names of good & trustworthy handymen that could look over what we needed to have done & then quote us. I was given one name by each & contacted them by text message. Each thanked me for contacting them & said they would be over within the next few days to look over the house. Neither did that. I contacted each once more, & AGAIN they said they would be over. Neither showed up. Meanwhile, the deterioration of the wood continued.Roughly 5 months after those attempts to get someone to our house, we were providentially made aware of BUILDERS R US. Our son texted me that I should drive by a house in our neighborhood (we both reside in*** in ***/***) where ladders abounded & a sign was on the lawn telling who was doing the work. Later I drove by again, when the owner of that house was coming out of the driveway. I was able to ask her if she was pleased with the work being done. She replied with an overwhelmingly positive response. She gave me the number for ***. I phoned **** a few hours later & described our situation to him. He was at our house that same afternoon!! He had his painting expert come over later, to evaluate & estimate what they needed to do. We had a quote a day after that, and work commenced a few weeks later.*** team were a pleasure to work with. Communication was outstanding, & the overall result surpassed our expectations. Near the end of the work, we pointed out some boards that we thought still had some bee infestation, & stated we thought they needed replacing. No hassle. No disagreement. No complaint. They did everything we asked them to do. We're using them again.Builders R Us, LLC

5 starsBuilders R Us did an excellent job installing new gutters and down spots. They also replaced or.repaired doors and painted trim. All work was *** in a professional manner.
