    they did additional damage to my floors and lied about it. **** and his wife ******* are covering and lying for their workers. ******* one of the women that works up front said "we'll pay the deductible on their insurance so we can wash our hands and be done of this so we don't receive any backlash" this company lies and then distorts the truth while shifting the blame on us. they recommended we use DEC fire and water restoration AFTER they flooded parts of my house and DEC fire and water restoration apparently wrote in their report that the damage was done before A Plumber workers flooded our house. if i had known they were going to cover for each other i would have found a different company other than the one A Plumber recommended. **** the owner of A Plumber is refusing to take any accountability for what his employees did. if i could give them 0 stars i would.
