    I filed my taxes with Goode and he guaranteed if I wrote a check for what I owed in state and federal, he would pay all applicable charges with the *** and ADR, but recently I received a notice stated neither organization ever received the money, meanwhile the check was cashed almost a month ago

    Mr **** ******** had a balance due to the *** and the state of *******. He wrote the check to Gooide Tax but it should have been written to Internal Revenue Service and the ************************. So I wrote the checks from my account to the *** and State. The checks were mailed on 10/16/24 I have copies of the checks and vouchers. I did not tell Mr. ******** that I would paid for the applicable charges, just the amount of the taxes on the Returnc

    I did my taxes with this company and received a letter from the *** stating that my state had not been filed. I've contacted them multiple times and left plenty of messages to resolve this issue. They have not given me any update.

    7-13-2023 Mr. ********************** called BBB to say, the tax preparer she used hasn't been back in the office but he will oversee this and make sure the state form gets filed. He would also like a copy of the letter from the State. via phone with ************/BBB
