    Well I took my 2017 2500 ram to get the new wheels and tires put on my truck I purchased and minor tires attempted 6 and could never balance my tires correctly. Therefore, causing my tires to wear improperly and also gave my vehicle a terrible ride. Based on the mileage of the vehicle its still within the range of the last balance I had done. I have a witness ***************** who can testify about my dissatisfaction of what Minor tires did concerning my balance. The *********************** and the alignment professional told me that the vehicle was suppose too ride rough because it was a truck. Also ***** told me that a improper balance wouldn't cause my tires to wear. Which is a lie! When the tires aren't balance properly it cause the tire to wear unevenly. So, how i came about this decision. I took my truck to Wyanes Tires in ************* **. Who balance my tires and the truck drove and rode like new with no vibration and bumping sensation. ****** tires said that my tires were out of balance 4oz, 4oz, 10oz and 1/2 oz on weight balance. Because they properly balanced the tires the truck drives amazing. I need minor to give me a ************** on tires or replace the tires they ruined by lack ability to properly balance them.

    Sorry for delay this is the first email i have seen about issue.

    We have done services for this customer multiple times and last record of these services was 7/21/23 with ****** miles on the vehicle.The services performed by *****'s Tire in **. was on 3/8/24 with ****** miles which is ***** which is very significant mileage since we balanced tires last causing the weight and balance to be out.

    I tried to contact customer to discuss and refuses to comunicate.

    We have been in touch with *********** and i'm confident we have reached satisfaction with this issue.We have agreed to give some compensation toward a new set of tires.If need be I can reach out to him and have him to contact you to remove this complaint.
