    Peaden refuses to provide an invoice with cost of materials, cost of labor and taxes paid. They refuse to pay for damages caused by the installation crew and want me to disregard my 1st Amendment rights and remove the 1 star review.

    I recently hired this firm to replace my entire HVAC system which at this point seems to be functioning properly. However, today being July 10 2023, I had a service technician come to my home to fix my system that would not stay running. The technician who was very professional and knowlegable advised that my system was not functioning properly because the drain line was clogged. He then advised me that the cost to repair would be $******. AS i have been without A/C for several days and have serious breathing issues I begrudging agreed. I took him no longer that 15 minutes to fix the drain. FRANKLY THE COST OF ****** IS OUTRAGEOUS!!!! I have never been so outraged in my entire life. I plan to voice my outrage and disappointment with anyone with the Peaden company who will listen. I also plan to share my experience with all my friends and aquantenances.
