    We closed on house this past Feb 16. Relied on this company's inspection report. Last Mar. 9 had some and rain leaked into bedroom. I have pictures to make a small claims judgment against this company for passing on the inspection. I have a roofer to validate this roof area just didn't happen within the past few days as the business replied it was an act of nature because of recent storm. There has been (is) leaking around the chimney. Previous owner said it has leaked in same area and they must not have had it repaired.
