Through 1:1 support, deep healing, and truth-centered transformation, I guide Guard/Reserve members to reclaim peace, purpose, and personal leadership on their terms.
As a former Flight Company female and Army Combat veteran, I've fought battles on the field and in the soul. I don't just talk healing. I love it.
This mission was born from trauma, faith, and the day I almost didn't make it.
Now I'm committed to ending suicide, breaking toxic patterns, and helping others rise faster, stronger, and more whole.
