  The salesman,****** and Manager are liars. My home is a 2022 and took 2 months 2 get set up.,I paid 1st mortgage payment before I moved in. Setup and skirting was done incorrectly. Nothing was done about it. Manager will not return calls once closing is complete.Salesmen all of them cover for ****,the manager. I am a senior citizen,sold my home in ***********, ** and put 50k down b on a 165k live oak home. My home is filled with mold., Wayne fryer homes and live oak homes is aware of the mold. They are also aware of my severe allllergies and allergic reaction to mold. I now have a fungus in my bloodstream. I am sick because I was sold a sick home and they knew it. I've had no floods or leaks since bought the problem off their hands. Live oak sent a guy out to repair mold that was in my home ventilation system,a week later another guy to replace the center connection for the 2 sections in my bedroom. there was a gap left open until the kid could find a replacement. He returned a day or 2 later with the very USED replacement, I had to ask the guy " why is it blue?" He told me it was normal. NO IT IS NOT. I have blue caulk now, ****** said it's normal too. I even called the Air conditioner guy who sold and installed the unit,he's nowhere to be found once he heard me say,I am seeing mold on my ceiling, is it possible it's coming from the unit you installed? OH and good luck getting repairs done. My floors have been ignored by their faulty installations. My center island sat broken in the kitchen filled with mold for almost a year. My sliding glass door, my bathroom and numerous other things remain unrepaired.Wayne Fryer and Live Oak homes are in bed together.. Put it all on paper folks. Don't you kid yourself. My life will never be the same and I Don't have the means to start over again.Sleep well Wayne Fryer and Live oak home manufacturer

  Im very disappointed with this business, I was misled and uninformed of conditions of the mobile home I purchased. I was under extreme stress and was taken advantage of, by a salesman. I reached out to the owner of the company, getting nothing done. I requested, new flooring because of conditions of the flooring. Weak places,which they say will be fixed. The new carpet or vinyl that was previously promised will not be done. Steps I paid for does not fit and are dangerous will not be replaced. Ive been in a hotel for over two months, the last week I have had to pay for because of these issues. I requested some of the money back that I have paid for the home to help with added expenses due to their negligence,denied. This house is a 1997 single wide mobile home. I purchased July *******, and still cannot live in it. I paid $31,920.75 sight unseen ( my fault) because of desperation and being told constantly that couldnt see it until the people living in it had moved. Found out later that was untrue, people moved out in January. Was told that if I didnt go ahead and buy it that it probably wouldnt be available and that it was in perfect condition. It was full of trash. I had to pay to get it cleaned out and pay for a dumpster to put it all in. Now I have no idea what to do.
