    I have no idea why the owner of Toyota of Dothan instructed the service manager to call me and inform me that Toyota of Dothan service department will not service my 2026 Toyota ** 5 truck I bought need from them only a couple months ago . No reason no nothing and this was around 1:30 pm may 6 on a Friday and I was shocked . I have tried to contact the party but they have not returned my call and there is more than myself with my name locally . I have bought 3 new cars from them in the last 4 years I deserve a person to person talk is all in order to corect the issue .

    We sold this customer a vehicle and he gave us a bad survey because he was not satisfied with the tires on the vehicle when it came. We have talked with him several times in regards to the matter and we thought we had satisfied him. But we are not sure what else to do.  He wants a new set of tires with no expense to him.  We do not think we can satisfy this customer, so it was decided to not give him another opportunity to burn us on a survey.

    ***** has a pulling issue, steering wheel shaking and what they told me was unprofessional. The service manager, *************************, told me that I need to find another shop to fix my truck because they wasn't going to fix the alignment/shaking issue. I called corporate and corporate told me to get a diagnosis, so I drove my truck in the service portal and made them diagnosis my truck. Wound up that the third time they road force balanced my tires that there was another bad tire, second tire in three road force balances. Test drove it and went back. They refused to give me all the paperwork. I refused to answer questions regarding their work. I left, looked over the paperwork I was given and it showed that they just moved three tires around. Don't believe they changed a tire. **** back and challenged the paperwork to one of the service advisors that was present in the room when I test drove it; three service advisors was in *************************** and ******************************* office, all three males. ***** was one of the guys and having an attitude about having to constantly work on my truck. ****** was the other guy. The other guy, stays in first office and wears a hat all the time, is the guy I was talking to sternuous about the paperwork and he raised his voice and once he did that so did I. He got an attitude and left. The shop *******, *****************, came in and tried to explain his nonsense and told me to **** off, literally, on video. The paperwork given to me is to a 2019 Camry, I have a 2020 Tundra. The shop ******* will test drive your vehicle and keep his ring finger on the steering wheel claiming the vehicle isn't pulling.They don't care about your safety or your vehicle. My truck is currently getting aligned at Techway Automotive. Alignment is out on the tire that was swapped for front passenger to front ************ was supposed to have been replaced. A multi-point inspection was not fulfilled as Toyota claims they do during service

    **************** brought his Tundra in 5 times between 08/31/2023 and 11/14/2023 with complaint of pulling issues.  **************** is a farmer and travels in some rough terrain.  His truck is normally covered in mud when it comes in.  We have road forced balanced his tires, replaced tires and done alignments for him all while educating him on what happens to the alignment on a vehicle when it is used in the way his is on the farm. **************** left every time happy with his Tundra.  We even had our shop ******* ride with him after each fix to assure he was satisfied.  **************** would come back every time saying we did not fix his truck properly. During this time **************** has cussed at our receptionist, appointment scheduler, warranty clerk, 3 service advisors, the ******, ******* and service manager.  After the last time **************** decided to come in and argue loudly with employees.  We decided it was time to cut our business relationship.  **************** is no longer a customer of ours.
