    A highly unpleasant ordeal: Dream Puppy's is a place my dog will never return to! While on a family vacation, shortly before I was scheduled to pick up my dog, I received a call stating that they couldn't find her. Evidently, during an outdoor activity with ********, they managed to escape. My dog ended up in the care of a stranger. Fortunately, I was able to locate my dog by reaching out to different people in the area. I strongly advise against using their services.

    This is not an accurate description of what happened.  Apparently someone tried to break into our facility and left the gate of the fence open. We have since locked the gate from the inside however ******************* *** did get away, along with two other ***s. We realize this within minutes and retrieve the other ***s however the Solomon *** was not found immediately. Through some people who saw her running away we were able to find her and another person that claimed to know who the *** belonged to had her and brought it back to us. We called the police and the owner was called immediately. Shortly after the police left the *** was returned to *****************. This was an unfortunate situation however thankfully ******** was not harmed and she was back with the owner. We apologized to the owner who actually bought the *** from us 9 years ago and had used our facility and boarded the *** all during that time without incident.

    I took our dog to Dream Puppies for Boarding as I have done various times in the past. Once we got left over food that was molded back. Lastly I boarded our dog over the Christmas holidays. When I got back I found that the "dogs" had gotten out and all had been located but ours initially. Our understanding was that our dog had been found and later turned over to a complete stranger. When boarding our dog it was always agreed upon that our dog was not to be with the other dogs due to nervous of my dog. When I arrived to pick our dog up, "our dog was not there" I was heartbroken, upset, and in complete shock, just a few of the motions. My family was devastated. Dream puppies was neglectful in caring for my beloved dog as well as the other dogs. Just imagine if it was your family pet how you would feel.

    ******************************* dog is very special and she actually bought the dog from ** and she has boarded with us for several years, the dog escaped out of the fence gate where an outsider must have tried to get into the back yard or break into our shop, The gate is never left open, The dog was found, yes by a stranger but not handed to a stranger, ***************** was very upset with rightly cause and it was a blessing the lady brought ***** back so she could be returned to ******************. We agree that it is our responsibility to care for and attend to ******** need however now ****************** has her dog back and its very upsetting but all is better now and we have a lock on the gate now.
