    We contacted the company to fix a plumbing issue in our kitchen. After he came and worked on it a bit he came to the conclusion that pipes were going to have to be replaced. He came back the following day and seemed to have fixed our issue. We had left home that evening for the weekend and when we arrived back home that Sunday we realized that ********* were filling up again. We have already paid him and now he refuses to answer our calls or come and fix our issue that never got resolved.

    I've been there three times t clear kitchen sink line. Once from the crawl space. She was informed the blockage was on the pipe coming up thru floor. I also advised here that if the problem persist she would need to repipe the kitchen main line. I've been there over 5 hours and only charged for 3. Also 2 hours I had two other men with me to do they crawl space. I informed her Friday I'm out of town till Tuesday she insists I refund her ,which is not going to happen. And she is not welcome to call my business anymore. I am going to *** her for defamation and anyone else who speaks lies aboutme or my company. That includes any platform that allows it to happen.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    regardless of how many times you have come the fact is that you never finished the job and when I tried to reach out to him my calls and texts are ignored. If his company had every intention to come and fix the issues then why were there no responses? We were patient with his company because we understand what it is like to be small business owners but the lack of response to our issue never being resolved is what made us feel that he decided to cut his losses, take the money, and never respond again. We only want resolution. If he cant refund I get that, but at least resolve the problem. He relayed to us that the pipes were deteriorating and so we were under the assumption that he was replacing pipe under the house, but evidently that wasnt the case.

    Ma'am you were told I was out of town  till Tuesday. Yet you persisted on. Calling and texting me to send so.eone or give refund. Then you filed this complaint and left a bad review on ******* All while I'm in ********. You couldn't wait ,had to have your way. When I left the lady two times the sink was draining  perfectly ,correct. Then next day you called about it backed up again. Either it's what's going in the drain ,or your line needs to be replaced.  That's what you got. Period. So tell the next company that and too have fun in the tiny crawl space. Good day please don't  all us anymore.
