      I took my rv into bama rv while it was under warranty. I provided them with a list of concerns as followed. Water heater smells like melting plastic, touch screen goes black randomly, jacks are lose, door is hard to shut. I also have the do some extra customer pay work such as install 3rd ac unit. Install dryer vent. They only completed three things ac install, dryer vent install and the water heater smell. They called and let me know the unit was ready for pickup however the unit had some de lamination problems and the unit was not covered under warranty anymore. Ac install went well which it should for 3500 dollars. The dryer vent was put on sideways and incorrectly an awful job at sealing it to the unit. All other concerns were never addressed but they said corrected on all paper work. As Im attempting to pick up the unit I noticed they ran into the front of my rv and busted the front cap with a forklift. They were very angry towards me because I wanted to know how this happened and they said they would paint the unit. Now I have a unit that cost 140K that has lost a vast amount of value due to there negligence. The service manager is awful. I have been treated poorly and I want everyone to know to stay away from there service department.

      this issue has been resolved there were some other issues that had to be addressed and we sent a mobile mechanic to him to have them repaired at our expense. I spoke to him as well and believe everything is good now.

      I bought a new ** and when we got home, we noticed the blinds for back Livingroom window was broken. My son-in-law carried it to Bama RV service department at their request. They ordered a new one and now are refusing to come hang the bling back up. When we bought the trailer the salesman "***********************" told use under the warranty they service department would come take care of any warranty work. We are requesting this be honored of refund use for any fuel and time it takes to care it back to Bama RV to be fixed. The ** should have been checked for defects before being sold.

I spoke with the son in law of the person who filed the complaint this morning. At some point in the last few weeks a tech went to their house where she lives in the ** and hung the blind.
