    The company first came to fix our washer that was having a spin out code. When the company came out they replaced a seal, a day later the washer was having the same problem it had before, when calling the company back for a callback they have been dismissive, avoiding my calls,not helpful with trying to get another technician out to fix the problem they have all in all been terrible. Im looking for them to come back and finish the job and adjust my billing statement because of the pain and suffering it has put my family through having to go to the laundry mat living with a family of 5. Absolutely terrible company I have given them chance after chance to redeem themselves and they just dont want anything to do with me.

    We originally received the work order for Mrs. ****** washer on 11/12/2024 and I recommended for her to contact Maytag in case they would extend her warranty and repair at no cost.  She did not want to do that; she wanted us to repair it.  She had a couple of things going on with her FL Washer (two different codes and leaking) and we replaced the gasket around the door because it was torn and leaking, and the tech cleaned out her filter screen.  We billed her $305.85 total and completed the repair on 12/11/2024. We give 30 days warranty with no new service fee.  We did not hear back from Mrs. **** until 1/20/2025 and I scheduled the tech to look at that afternoon, without charging a new service fee.  He did find that her pump was not pumping all of the water out of her unit.  The day after the tech was out, we both got sick with the flu, and I was unable to work or answer the phone.  Her part was ordered when I was able to work again.  Today I got a nasty phone call from her son in law from out of state.  He said not answering the phone when she called was not how to operate a business even being sick.  I told him that I would have to talk to Mrs. **** not him.  He advised that he submitted a bad BBB review.  I then reached out to Mrs. **** and explained and apologized for being sick.  I advised her that her part should be here by this weekend and prescheduled her for Monday 4-5.  I do not know where the amount of $460.00 came from.  In a perfect world none of us would get sick.  I just wish I was well enough to reach out and let her know that I was sick.
