My issue with Worthington Millwork is almost exactly the same as everyone elses. Ordered three porch columns in May 2023 for $1,500. *** been told numerous times my refund would be sent out and it never arrives.Trying to get credit unions fraud division to return my money. On 7/12/2023 I ordered (order #****) one piece of polyurethane moulding and paid via charge card $266.95. On August 1, 2023 I cancelled the order. I received notice that this order would be cancelled and refunded. Since then I have phoned several times with no answer or the phone rings then goes busy. There is no response to my emails. Purchased 4 columns on June 19th 2023. Never received my order. Never even received an email for a shipment. I called and emailed the sales manager ***** multiple times and have never received a response or reply back. ***** was easy to reach before my purchase. Ordered a fiberglass post from this company in beginning of march 2023 it is now the end of may. They told me two weeks for delivery I have not heard anything from them so I tried calling and e mailing them. Nobody answers the phone or e mails Ive tried at least 20 times!Paid them $1,200. Our company purchased four 12" x 16' plain round tapered fiberglass column with attic base - cut plan D, no capital. We were required to prepay for the order. *********************** paid $6,599.00 on 7/26/2022 with his DN Concrete credit card ending in ****. I have been told numerous times that we would receive the order, as of 3/3/2023 we have not. I cannot get much communication from this company. We are located in ************, ******* and we had one of our employees, *************************, visit their facility on 2/12/2023 at Worthington Millwork, ******************************************************************. ****** was assured that they would get in contact with us and let us know when we would receive our order. I haven't heard anything from them. I have called many times, they refuse to pick up the phone, today when I called it did go to voice mail, that is the first time that has happened, I left my contact information and referenced that we have an order with them. I have emailed them without any response. This is a ******************** project, and we need a resolution to this, either a refund or delivery of the product we purchased.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for four columns for my home pre-paid $1500 in for **************** plus shipping costs was promised delivery in November or December call several times and Rv promised several times last conversation was end of December said that they were going to ship in January now is March and still no columns in at this point they no longer answer the phone I no longer answer emails I think they hit it. It appears that they may be out of business. I would like to know whether or not they are out of business, and if there are other similar complaints , Im not sure theres any remedy at this point since the kids apparently theyre out of business.Initial Complaint

I ordered Polyurethane Balustrade System exterior porch railings for my home from **************** owner of Worthington Millwork, LLC. in July 2022. **************** promised that I would receive my Polyurethane Balustrade System exterior porch railings within 6 to 8 weeks. I paid him a 50% deposit of $7,104.15. In October 2022 I contacted Worthington Millwork, LLC. about my rails. No one responded for weeks. Finally, the secretary answered the phone and told me that **************** had a problem with their manufacturer and had to find another manufacturer however, I could request a full refund. In November I requested a full refund by email. Again, no one responded by email or to my phone calls. In early December I was able to locate some of his family members on ******** and contacted them. **************** responded immediately. He stated that my refund had been processed and I will be receiving my refund soon. His secretary said she has already prepared the ***** envelope to send my refund. As of Feb 13, 2023, I have not received my refund nor have I heard anything from them. They are not receiving any calls or responding to correspondence.Initial Complaint

I ordered columns from Worthingron millworks they did not make them and have refused to return my 7000$. I have attached a check they took a picture of and repeatedly made out to the wrong person or said it failed to send. The owner **** has been contacted and spoken to weekly for the past year. He has come up with every excuse in the book as to why I haven't received my refund. He has now stopped answering phone calls and text messages.Initial Complaint

We placed an order for columns with Worthington Millwork on May 18,2022. Invoice number ****. Lead time was 3-4 weeks. We paid in full, $4,192.20. As of today we have not received columns. In November 2022, **** at Worthington offered us a refund, when we tried to contact to confirm we would like refund there is no reply. No one answers the phone, no reply to email. In reading other complaints this company clearly is running a scam. What can BBB do to help us and stop it from happening again?Initial Complaint
