    The work on my pool and pool deck were both subpar. First, for the pool, they tried to paint a concrete pool with the wrong product TWICE. What they used did not stick, instead they caused more problems than before they started.Second, the resurfaced my pool deck. The product they used cracked and peeled in several places. The service took months, and once paid they disappeared. Promises to "make it right" never happened. All the money spent had been wasted. I had to find another company to come correctly repair my pool. The entire process took calls and text messages with many excuses for delayed work. I cannot caution people enough to avoid Superior Concrete Solutions.

    After paying 50% down payment for Epoxy flooring work, we were waiting and send several messages for 4.5 months to schedule a closure time for my business. I was the sole individual attempting contact.Contract work was finally completed in early Sept 2022 and I contacted the owner 2 weeks later to request my copy of paid receipt and front door key that was given to the work crew.Several direct calls to Superior were sent to voicemail, and messages to his WhatsApp regarding this issue were read by him but he has a 24 hour time and messages disappear.Very poor to non-existent follow on customer service.
