    I spoke with ***** on the phone before my convertor purchase. He assured me the convertor he was recommending would last much longer than the the warranty period. Guess what, 10 months after the warranty, it quit working. I contacted him and all he recommended was to buy another one from him. Seriously? Even with the original purchase, the lip service and promises of quick shipping were great, but it took him almost 2 weeks to ship me the unit. When you're a full-time RV'er you need service and results, not empty promises and excuses. From my original interaction in Dec of 2020 until now it's the same song and dance.

    No one can predict how long any product will last but we do anticipate they will last well outside their warranty. The converter you purchased came with a three year warranty and it did exceed that. Your original order was shipped within three days of purchase. Had the converter failed during the stated warranty you would have received a new unit without question.
