    People should not rent from this Company. I have been out of the house for 2 months and had a zero balance with them and all of sudden got a bill for $685. We kept them in the loop about all housing related issues and left the house in better shape then when we moved in and matter of fact was able to move out early due to all the issues but somehow the property manager found issues we left. This company is taking advantage of folks. And they know they can because people need a place to live and especially military families. But because were able to communicate with the owners and PM and decide on a agreement to move out early due to not disclosing or stating on the move in lease that there was no internet available even though it stated there was. This is how we could move out 2 months early. It really made the property manager upset because we called her out on all the issues so she came back and stuck us with a bill anyway she could. We were out tons of money on this home and lost revenue coming in because of this home not having internet available. After reading most all of the reviews from other folks theyve had the same issues.

    Per the lease agreement and notice to vacate documents that were signed by the tenants, the property is required to be cleaned and the carpets professionally cleaned. The tenants vacated the property without properly cleaning it. The tenants were notified of the cleaning deficiencies on September 4, 2024, and were given the keys to return to the property to take care of those deficiencies. The property manager revisited the property on Friday, September 6, and found that the tenants only took care of a few cleaning items. The tenants were then notified again of the cleaning deficiencies and damages caused by the tenants. These damages include staining on the marble countertops in the kitchen and damage to a wall that the tenant tried to cover by hanging a mirror. Every work order that the tenants submitted was handled in an efficient and timely manner. Matters concerning the internet have nothing to do with TLS Property Management. The lease agreement doesnt list internet providers nor was the property advertised with an internet provider listed. It is the tenant's responsibility to do their due diligence on internet providers. The owners stated that they had *********** while occupying the property. That information was provided to the tenants as an option. Once the tenants moved into the property, they discovered that the service provider was no longer available. Additional avenues were explored for internet options and the owners even offered to pay for satellite internet service for the tenants. Terms for early termination of the lease renewal were negotiated and the owners agreed to release the tenants from the lease agreement as of September 1, 2024, with the understanding that they forfeit their security deposit. Therefore, any outstanding invoices for cleaning and repairs will be the responsibility of the tenants. The charges incurred by the tenants are $400.00 for cleaning, $185.00 for wall repairs, and $100.00 for stain removal from the marble countertops. This property is the second property the tenants have rented from TLS Property Management and they were fully aware of the move-out procedures. TLS would like to submit photos as evidence of the aforementioned.
