    They had a special promotion on their webpage for the first months free just a registration fee of 25 dollars and then there after 17. On the 12th of January I enrolled and after tax it came out to *****. I was told I'd be billed again on the 12th for $17 dollars. Other than it being really grimy and well smelly, I was given no email notification and was billed today at ***** on the 6th. 6 days before our agreement date of payment. I rejected the payment because it was early and more than what we agreed to. When I went in to speak to the staff and army of people came behind me all being severed and helped. Not only was I refused service today even though I'm payed up until the 12th, I was told I'd have to pay a fee of 28 dollars. The employees even ask really personal information like my eye color and even give out other guests names like "***********************" I guess because we have a similar name but all the Fortunes in my family are dead and none of which named ****. They gathered my new email and kept me waiting for 20 mins with no resoultion.
