************** visited our home on 15 February and stated that he has filed for BANKRUPTCY. We hired AAR, LLC to remodel our bathroom and partial kitchen. The work is terrible. The tile work is so uneven that we are having to replace it. (The floor tile, however, is nice.) The shower head was placed too low (I am 5'3" and it barely clears my head. The plumbing leaks in shower and in vanity faucet/drain. I repaired the sink plumbing myself. The tub was also chipped in the process of tile installation. The drywall work is so bad that the tape showed right through. The texturing was sprayed and splattered through the hallway. No protection to contain the work was used. In the kitchen, I ended up doing a good portion of the wiring myself. Half of our living room still doesn't work. ********************* has many excuses and blamed his crew for the unsatisfactory work. He has offered to come in and replace, however with the terrible work and attitude, we no longer feel comfortable with him or his "new" workers in our home. His entire crew quit in the middle of our project citing problem with ************** himself. He visited our project on 3 occasions, and 1 of those times he did not get out of his truck. We tried to negotiate with him on multiple occasions. He did not accept responsibility for the unsatisfactory work. We paid $15,400 for the contract. He has not yet provided invoices for countertops he said he bought. He has not provided license/bond information either. This project began on 17 January and it is now 22 February. We still has an incomplete project. We requested a refund for $11,300 (He stated that it would cost $ $2,100 to repair tile and drywall and $2,00 for him to keep countertops.) He said he would refund only $4,100 at this time. ************** looks for sympathy for his situation. We do wish him well regarding his health and find him to have an affable personality aside from dealing with him as a "contractor".

I am unsure where this homeowner is getting her info. we have offered to redo her job after we saw the work and the guy was terminated when we saw his work. we had **************** scheduled to go out on Wednesday the 21st and the h/o said no even though she is complaining about it. the h/o also stopped the project on a couple of times. we have tired to make this right and they were offered a refund of money that it would cost to redo the work. This h/o is wanting the work to be done by our disgruntled ex-employee that she had there to start with and that makes no sense to me. This is just unfair and not true.
