I advise against using this mechanic, the owners name is ***. They're located at *************************************. He was another mechanic's recommendation. When I originally called him, he was already unfriendly. He was supposed to do a diagnostic on my car the first day it was towed to his shop that morning, if not then I would have contacted another shop. He avoided my calls that day until I finally spoke to him right at closing when he said he was unable to get it done. The next day when he did reach out around the middle of the day, it was to my partners phone trying to reach another customer about their car. My partner asked about my ************ told him "I still haven't gotten around to it". Afterwards, I made arrangements for my car to be picked up by the same tow service I paid to have it moved to his shop two days ago. He wouldn't let them take my car & demanded I pay $65 for the work he did. He did absolutely no work on my car. I was unavailable when he called about the tow service showing up but I did call him back to explain why I'm moving my business elsewhere due to the **************** of my calls. He hung up on me to call my partner to complain that I was rude & spoke to him like a child. Little did he know, I had 2 of my superiors listening to him on speaker phone while I spoke to him. He thinks I'm slandering his business, but I don't need to do that when I have text receipts from his business phone number. No worries, I will be posting those on his ****** review soon. People have the right to make the decision themselves if they want to do business with this kind of individual or not, I simply chose not to. ***, you need to do better. You not only lied to me once but you lied to me twice, not only did you not do a diagnostic on my car, you said you did & it was my fuel pump in which you ordered the part already. Turns out, its an immobilizer issue from my keyfob. You tried to scam me $600-$700.

I’ve already spoken with the BBB on this situation. Your claims are false and you are slandering my business. Hines mobile has text from you bad mouthing me and calling me a liar. I never once lied to you nor ignored your phone calls. I missed your phone calls because I was busy running a business. Your boyfriend called me and I happen to be in the process of trying to return your phone calls. I told him I haven’t checked your car yet but was going to on that Wednesday. I checked your car out and it was not an immobilizer issue. If it was the car wouldn’t even attempt to to turn over. Thursday morning I received a call from Simpsons wrecker service that you were picking up the car. At that point I was asked if a bill was owed and I said no only the diagnostic fee of $65.00. Mr. Hines sent you to us knowing we could repair your car. The issue was the fuel pump which I did tell you was the issue. And that I had it ordered and this was yesterday. You at that point asked if I’d have it done yesterday and I told you no because it was storming and it may be Friday. You insisted Simpsons wrecker service pick the car up and I was informed you were taking it to Express lube on Dr. Hicks Blvd. You were being rude the way you were talking to me on the phone my wife was on speaker when you were talking. In the future you may want to consider watching how you talk to people and your tone. Slandering my business will get you nowhere. But, I can tell you if anything else comes of this my Lawyer will be in touch. I have plenty of witnesses and the texts you sent. I’ve done a lot of business and folks in this area know I don’t act the way your trying to put me on being.

Here is the text between you and me.

I’ve already diagnosed the car and have the fuel pump ordered. If you want to have it picked up, it’s a $65 diagnostic fee.
I called Simpsons back. They’re coming to get your car. I don’t appreciate you talking to me the way you did. Keep the $65.00.
My wife was right here when you called so don’t say you weren’t being rude. I never I any way shape or form said I’d have it diagnosed Tuesday.

Sir I wasn’t rude to you. I had you on speaker phone in front of my boss & supervisor. I was professional towards you & have been since Monday. What’s not professionally is dodging my calls on Tuesday but answer the call from my bfs phone. When I spoke to you Monday, I said can you have the diagnostic done Tuesday & if you can I’ll have a tow bring you my car. If that was the case Sir, I would have never brought my car there. You lied to me & avoiding speaking to me, that’s not how business works. If you follow through with your words, I would have been a loyal customer but you didn’t. If you don’t want the $65 then fine but don’t lie & say you did the diagnostic when I spoke to the lady at Simpsons who even said you told her you haven’t done anything with my car because your closed. Please keep this professional & don’t text me again. I don’t like conflict but I won’t walk away from it.

Nobody avoided speaking to you. And I did do the diagnostic and you are being rude. I never told anyone at Simpsons that. Just called them, the lady never told you that.

Don’t be slandering my business and have a good day!

Okay sir, again. Stop texting me & don’t text my bf. I’ve asked nicely already & don’t worry, I won’t recommend you to anyone.
    Car is picked up.

That is the entirety of the text messages between you and I.
