      11/26/2024 we purchased the set of hearing aids for ******** **** , my husband . I paid that day on my credit card $5,562.60. ******** died on March ****** . The hearing aids never came in . I asked for the refund of the money that day . I have went to the business 4 or 5 times . **** IS NEVER IN ! The manager ******* tells me , you will get your money . I went in a week ago and told ******* to tell his boss if the money was not in my account by THURSDAY , I would file a complaint with the bbb on Friday. **** had the lady in the office call me last Thursday and said that it would be deposited on Friday, the next day. I checked today and the money has not been deposited . Im a widow and need that money . PLEASE help me. State lic.#****. I CAN SEND YOU THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT I

      The full refund has been processed via ACH.  The banking holiday created a delay that my staff may not have factored.  I would expect the funds to be available in her checking account by tomorrow morning if not later today.

      I went to Kabel Hearing LLC for a free hearing exam. After my hearing exam given by ***** *******-*******. I was presented with the hearing aids they sell with different options by ******** ******. I was shown the price points and that they were pretty high. ******** said sometimes insurance companies will cover this one and points to the highest one. I said well, I doubt they will cover it, but if you want to we can try. While I was waiting to hear back she gave me some demos to try. Later that evening ******** called me to let me know that the hearing aids were not fully covered by my plan. I said oh well, thanks for trying I guess Ill go a different route and bring these demos back to you tomorrow. Veronicas tone changed, but I knew it was bc she didnt get the sale. The next day I dropped them off and went on my way. This claim was ran at the time of the visit on 06/10/******* forward to now and Ive had some ***** related issues, but noticed I didnt get statements for my visits. That prompt me to check my claims history. I saw that the claim that was ran by Kabel LLC was not reversed. I called Accolade to get help. ***** who is my advocate would reach out with me on the line. Kabel would never pick up and she left detailed messages. I went to their office with a printed copy showing that I owed $9,510. I spoke with ***** and she assured me that this wasnt going to be a charge. They knew I wasnt getting them. I asked why they couldnt just retract the claim. She looked at me confused like I was crazy. From then on they were not compliant in working with me. ***** and I made several phone calls and they were not answering. ***** reached out with my health care provider and when they called ***** answered. Credence **** said that this needed to be reversed. I was assured this was going to be taken care of. I went to Kabel today to get a printed statement of $0. ***** would not come out to talk to me, but I could hear her. She didnt want to do it.
