    Sorriest experience I ever had. Timeliness was terrible. Had to replace one bad window and took 4 months. After it was installed, it had a 1/4 inch gap away from the brick. I was lied to numerous times about the arrival dates. Run, run fast the other direction.

    I would give a negative star if possible. McDaniels has $15,000 of my money and has not refunded even though all orders were canceled. They took the money on August 23 2023. After that I couldnt get any responses from them on my order. Finally on October 23, I demanded to talk to the owner was told ******* is running the business, and that he would be in touch. I ask when? The lady answered, he will be in touch. thats all she would say.. and then hung up. The order was cancelled. It is November 11 2023 I am still waiting on my refund of $15,000. Like the previous customer Why do they have an A+ rating? This is misleading to others out there.

    This used to be the best window company in the area. We used them for 3 homes several years ago, and they were excellent. Therefore, when I needed new windows, they are who I called. I ordered the windows in November 2022, knowing it would be 20 weeks before they could get to me thinking it proved they were still the best. The windows and the work were a huge disappointment. The quality of the windows was nowhere near what they were in the past. There were gaps around them inside and out, insulation backing was visible on the outside, inside trim was gapped and nails werent set, saw dust and trash they swept up was under furniture, caps from the nail guns or whatever they used were scattered all through the yard along with paper strips and insulation backing, one of my flower beds was torn up and the edging fallen over. I tried for 3 weeks to get them to come fix the issues. I had to file a claim with ***** Fargo before they came. They caulked instead of fixing gaps, covered outside facing in aluminum messy and caulk was all over the windows. I gave up. DONT USE MCDANIEL!!! Poor **************************** His business and reputation are ruined. I have heard many stories like mine. Most people dont know about BBB reviews. Theirs should be F but is A+.??????

    I would not recommend using mcdaniel window and door. We ordered our windows back in March the rep. Said 8 to 12 weeks we are on week 20 with NO windows yet. When we call to check on what's going on they just say they don't know anything. We are out 1/2 the cost and still no windows. Very poor customer service.
