    I'm not too sure how this company achieved a high rating as they are the worst company I've dealt with. Although, I did notice they gave themselves a 5* rating using their employee names (I did my research. Homeadvisor.com/rated.myhomewizard.111471682.html#reviews).So, where do I start...? I recently bought a house in FL as I was living out of state. The yard needed some love and I was unable to be there in person for a month. I hired this company to mow, edge, weed eat, trim the bushes, and trim the palm trees (I even sent them a picture of the yard circling what needed to be done) I also asked them to send pictures once the job is done. They gave me a quote which I paid as they said they can do all of that. A couple of days went by after the job was 'done'. They didn't send pictures. I reached out to ask them to send the finished job. They sent me just the grass being mowed. Nothing else was done. I called them again to ask why didn't they do anything we agreed upon and what I paid for. They said they tried... They did not try, I can ensure you all. They said they will go back out to finish the job. Days went by, no call, no email, nothing. I followed up again. They told me the guy tried to pull the dead palm tree leaves off but couldn't. You CAN'T pull them off, they need to be snipped. After a 4th call following up, I asked to talk to a manager. They kept telling me the manager is too busy to talk to me. After being persistent on the phone with *****, turned out HE is a manager. So not only did they do an awful job they lied as well because they didn't want to face an upset customer. I asked for a solution and they wanted to give me a terrible refund that didn't reflect what I paid for. I told them, I'll be more than happy to pay for them mowing the grass but I want a refund for everything else they DIDN'T DO. That didn't happen. He told me it is what it is.

    I hired My Home Wizard to do a detailed move out clean of the house I was renting in *********, ** (**** **************) ************* used: ******************** I was assured that for $445 the property would be detailed cleaned, every surface wiped down, stove cleaned, floors cleaned, everything but the carpet was to be cleaned by them. I have contacted them multiple times in regards to them not cleaning the property to what they had promised me would be done for the money. They have since withdrawn the remainder of the money from my account against me saying not to and gave me a $30 discount for the property being left not cleaned. I paid a deposit of $225 to secure the cleaner and the remainder was to be collected once the job was complete. I have requested that they go back to the property and clean and they refuse to, they said thats what the $30 discount was for. The property was left dirty enough that the rental agency is contacting me about the cleaning. They came on October 27,2022 and I was told for the $445 there wasnt a limit on time they would be there until the job was done: attached will be picture proof of things left not cleaned as well as communication between me and the rental agency along with bank statements to prove the payment was taken out of my account.
