      My stainless steel refrigerator was clearly damaged from movers with Serv Pro. I reached out and showed them a video of the damage and they denied it happened. *** had two hernia surgeries, there is no possible way I could move or make the metal bend. No apology, or replacement of the door on the refrigerator door was offered. Office manager stated owner had watched video I sent and said movers didnt do it. I watched their workers move it, I know which one did it. Very disappointed.

      We are sorry that this customer had this complaint.  Our goal is always 100% customer satisfaction.  As hard as we strive for perfect remarks, we also cannot justify expenses for damage claims that we are not responsible for.

      After this accusation was brought to our attention, a manager was sent to the customers home.  The manager took photos and videos with the customer on site.  The aforementioned photos and videos were compared with two separate 3-D virtual live tours of the home, taken on two different days that were both previous to the damage claim being reported.

      After comparison of all referenced documentation, it was determined that the damage claim not an issue that we were responsible for.  The customer was informed of this as well.
