On may 16th i ordered a windshield wiper blade from this dealership through the ** online parts store. I received an order confirmation but was never charged and never received a shipment confirmation or an order ready notification. After a while I went elsewhere for the part. However on November 8th I was charged for the part even though there was not a status change in the order. After that I called the gm online help phone number and they told me for a refund I would have to go through the dealership. Since I was on the line the help line representative reached out to the dealer for me. According to the help desk agent he dealer was having internet issues that day and would process the refund asap and they had my information. After a few days I still didn't have a refund so I called the dealer myself. The parts associate told me he would let the manager know I called and would have him call me back. Another few days passed without hearing from them so I called the parts manager extension with no answer so I left a message. This cycle has continued and I have left 4 messages the past month without any answer. I have called the gm parts store help desk two more times to see if they could reach them and they also did not receive an answer. They left my information both times as well. They did escalate my case and said i should hear from their team in 1 to 3 business days. Tomorrow will be business day 6 and i have not heard from them either. However I do plan to follow up with them to see if progress was made

The dealership does not participate in **'s e-commerce parts ordering which is why the order was not fulfilled. Nor did the dealership charge Mr. ****** credit card for the part.  We recommend Mr. **** file a dispute with his credit card company since he was later charged for an item he did not receive.

I bought a **** Cheverolet Silverado Diesel on 9/5/2023. Approximately 8 weeks after buying it the truck started to shake terrible when hitting speeds of ***** mph - Immediately called the dealership and dropped the trruck off at the dealership for repair, it sat at the dealership 11/5/2023-12/04/2023 supposidly awaiting parts and repairs, I was told the issue was the high pressure fuel pump. I finally got a call back and was told it was repaired and it was ready for pick up. I excitidy left work and went and picked it up around 3pm on 9/5/2023 drove home and parked it. The followng morning I started it upand it sounded terrible and the check engine light was back on. I then called the dealership back and they said quote " yea we weren't 100% that was the fix it was a 50/50 chance if what we did would fix it or not and apparently it did not" So they continued to say we have to order different parts and it would take 5-6 weeks to get the parts in- Having my truck is CRUCIAL to my work needs thus the reason I bought it, I asked will it hurt to drive it until parts come in since it is my ONLY vehicle and they have no loaners- service department said no it ok if the motor blows up your warranty will replace it in full and it will be no cost to you. This apparently is a lemon, and I want it replaced or fixed asap- The truck is still driving rough and its rediculous I bought an almost $80,000 diesel *********** have to fear driving my vehicle. I believe if the dealership keeps my vehicle for a month they should be responsible to provide me another mode of transportation while it is in their possession and I am the one aking payments on a vehicle I cannot drive, I am asking for a replacement of the truck or expedited repairs so I can continue to work and provide for my family without the worry my vehicle will not blow up while driving.

The dealership currently has parts on order to repair **************** truck.  ****************** bulletin *******, the repair is a two-step process.  The first repair is to replace the known failed component which was the fuel pump.  The second repair is to replace the fuel rail in the event the problem persists.  ************ is currently driving his vehicle until the dealership receives the parts from *************** ************ would need to pursue his request with the manufacturer for a replacement vehicle.

I am rejecting this response because:

I never gathered other people to post negative comments. My comment about this business is still the newest comment to this day. Looks like this business dont like negative comments and do not want to step down from their decisions against their customers.

    Sincerely,

    Burak Duzgit

Due to Mr. ******** dissatisfaction with our services, we asked that he locate a service center better fit for his particular situation.  The dealership has been made aware of Mr. ******** campaign to have family and friends post negative reviews.  The dealership will not respond to such reviews and our request that he locate another service center remains.
