***** and ****** ruined our rehearsal dinner and the fun festivities leading up to our wedding by failing to show up, even though we had signed a contract and paid in full. The next day after arriving an hour late, he did not come with all the equipment that was to be provided with the package we picked (a 360 photo-booth and dancing on a cloud) then acted like I was the problem instead of assuming responsibility and working quickly to make the situation better. ***** and ****** promised to refund us $1000 of the $2500 we paid and as of date, have only sent $200. When I pressured him as to where our refund was and asked him to fix the glitches in my wedding video, he referred me to his attorney but failed to mention his name and has since cut off all contact.

This is not a factual statement. In fact, this bride canceled and rebooked with us on three additional occasions. When she rebooked, we had already on our schedule, another wedding for the Saturday before hers. In our contract, that she signed, she knew and fully acknowledged that the terms were that if she canceled, the money was non-refundable. Still, went out of our way to accommodate her numerous reasons for canceling and rescheduling to avoid her having lost the money. We had to pay for a repay for multiple airline ticket changes, hotel accommodations, even went as far as to ensure we flew down at our own expense on Sunday, to capture her wedding. She accepted the fact, and knew in advance, that we would NOT be there the day before due to the wedding we had in ******** on the day before hers. She and her bridesmaids and family have sworn revenge and have taken to every form of social media, bashing us, making these false claims. We have the original contracts and records of all of her threats, vulgarities, etc. - but this is simply a false claim and a 'bridezilla' who is angry she didn't get her way and that we didn't cancel our obligations with the bride who booked us in ******** to accommodate her every wish. If the BBB isn't going to stand up for the members and protect us against false allegations and fake reviews, and the obvious review that is her simply lashing out against us, then we will likely not renew our membership. The review is false, untrue, and is a defamation and slander against our business name. ***** *******Review fromDena M

5 starsThese were two of the nicest people we've ever met. They handled our daughter's wedding photography and went above & beyond to ensure the day went as expected. I could not be happier with our choice in hiring them. Photos are amazing. Thank you ***** & ******.
