      Appears Priesters has an on going problem. My order was placed on Nov 22 for delivery on Dec 19, when Dec 18 arrived and I had no word from them, I started checking and found the order and it was "preparing". I waited to call customer service...they are only available during business hours..and lo and ********* was being processed. So here it is Dec 21 and *** delivery ...ground @ $21 is pony expressing it across the country, Stopping at every cross roads and so far its made about 10 stops of 24 hrs and is due to eventually arrive at its destination Dec 21. Its a small order,,so no big deal..but I will NEVER order or recommend this company again. I've been a customer for a few years, good pie and cake, but I am done.

      I placed an order on November 15th. My items never arrived. I called Priesters and they told me that their system had lost my order. They said they would refund my order. My refund never arrived and I am now disputing the charge with my bank. I heavily warn against doing any business with this company.

      I filed an order on November 15th for delivery on Dec. 14th. When it was not delivered and I had no emails I called. The customer service had no record of my order. I told them I could go on their website and see my order on their own website. They said there was a web error and they never received my order from the site. They refunded my order with no offer to fulfill order or any other compensation. So if you file an order with this company call them to verify that the order warehouse actually has your order. To just refund an order you screwed up is poor customer service. Please do not order from this company unless you want your Christmas ruined.
